The Parts Interpreter / General Warehouse team member plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the parts and warehousing functions within the Albury branch.
This position is responsible for interpreting customer and technician needs to provide accurate parts advice, sourcing and supplying the correct parts, and supporting general warehouse duties including stock handling, inventory control, and dispatch.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Verifying receipt of shipments and assisting in inventory placement
Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
Identifying back orders and shortages, reporting issues to management
Collecting parts freight and delivery daily
Supplying parts to service technicians
Facilitating inter-branch stock transfers
Managing monthly parts returns
Assisting customers over the counter and via phone with parts enquiries
Participating in parts sales training for skill and knowledge development
The ideal candidate should have:
A high level of initiative, organization, and time management skills
Proficient data entry and computer skills
Basic knowledge of parts and machinery
