The Role
We have an opening for a Rehabilitation Consultant – OT based in our Milton office.
The role reports to our Brisbane Team Leader and supports growth within the Southeast Queensland region, with overflow support to our Toowoomba and Gold Coast teams.
As industry leaders in complex case management, Strive's approach focuses on early intervention in engagements with clients, including critical incident response, onsite support and team support services.
Key Responsibilities
Management of a case load that includes project opportunities, early intervention, and critical incident response
Case management of clients with a broad range of physical and psychosocial needs
Support clients to return to their workplace and also assist clients to find new employment options
Work with workers compensation, state government, DVA and worksite functional assessments
Require regional travel through the Darling Downs, Ipswich and Southeast Queensland regions

Qualifications
Occupational Therapy or a relevant tertiary qualification
Occupational rehabilitation experience desirable but not essential
