As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will get the chance to work on real wind farm projects, develop technical expertise, and contribute to Australia’s transition to clean energy.
Highlights of the program:
You will have an opportunity to rotate across different areas of the business over 2 yrs.
You’ll be actively integrated into the day-to-day business, assuming full responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.
Training in renewable energy systems, project management, and grid connection compliance.
Extensive involvement to learn the compliance of Australian Standards in the design, installation and testing of electrical system.
Direct mentoring from our EBoP Design Manager.
Involvement in live wind farm projects contributing to Australia’s net zero goals.
Your background:
Recent graduates (2025) in Electrical Engineering (or related Discipline).
Strong interest in renewable energy, power systems, and project delivery.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work in office in regional Australia during project delivery phases.
