Job Overview
This senior-level support position is responsible for providing high-level administrative assistance to a CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule Management: Coordinate the CEO's schedule, including diary coordination and travel arrangements.
* Secretariat Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive Director Corporate Services/Company Secretary.
* Meeting Coordination: Attend Board and Committee meetings, preparing accurate and timely minutes.
* Reporting and Documentation: Collaborate with the Executive Team to compile and deliver reports and documentation within required timelines.
* Liaison Role: Act as a trusted liaison with Board members, supporting the onboarding of new Directors.
About You
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior executive support, including experience supporting Boards and/or subcommittees.
