Casual Sales Ambassador and Team Leader - Cairns - QLD (Car Required)
We're seeking an energetic team leader/brand ambassador to join our team!
Guide and motivate Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional event experiences.
Oversee planning, logistics, and flawless on-ground event delivery.
Drive sales through direct customer interactions and team coaching.
About The Role
Are you ready to be the driving force behind unforgettable events?
As the leader of the team of Ambassadors, you'll partner with your state-based Operations Manager to turn community and retail events into extraordinary experiences!
Your mission? Lead your team of enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to execute in-field event requirements within your territory.
On-ground event execution of a calendar of face-to-face events.
Support event planning and logistics, including rostering staff for each event.
Engage in customer-facing sales conversations.
Coach and develop casual Sales Ambassadors.
Serve as the primary contact and key brand ambassador during all events.
Ensure brand messaging, promotional materials, and setups align with company standards.
Lead on-site activations, product demonstrations, and sampling efforts.
Manage and motivate a team of casual event staff, ensuring proper training and alignment with goals.
Provide guidance, conduct team meetings, and organize training sessions.
Oversee logistics including setup, teardown, transportation, and storage of materials.
Manage inventory and condition of event merchandise.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in event coordination, field leadership, or brand ambassador roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills, especially in managing inventory and logistics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift and carry event materials (reasonable accommodations available).
Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Training, coaching, and motivational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Full Australian Driver’s License and own vehicle required.
LR license is beneficial but not essential.
Telco experience is a plus but not essential.
