Description
* Manage a portfolio of existing SMB clients across the region.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships and act as a key point of contact.
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, usage, and retention.
* Identify and action upsell/cross-sell opportunities that align with client needs.
* Conduct regular check-ins (in-person and virtual) to understand goals and challenges.
* Monitor client performance metrics and resolve issues proactively.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Profile
You're an experienced Account Manager with a passion for helping clients succeed. You understand how to build long-term relationships, are commercially minded, and have a strong grasp of SaaS or tech-enabled services.
* Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles.
* Strong understanding of SMB customer needs and business models.
* Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Comfortable in a hybrid F2F and remote client engagement model.
* SaaS or digital solutions experience is highly regarded.
