Store Leadership Position
This role involves leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment to drive sales and key performance indicators (kpis). Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing sales performance, managing staff schedules and labor costs, overseeing inventory levels and store presentation, and ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety policies and relevant legislation.
The ideal candidate will have previous senior casual or supervisor experience in a high-volume retail setting, with proven ability to lead a team and achieve strong results. They should possess operational knowledge across stock management and visual merchandising, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and working with premium products.
To succeed in this position, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring team members, resolving conflicts, and making informed decisions under pressure. A strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and human resources principles is also essential.
