Our client are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their specialist Finance & Accountancy team, based in central Brighton.
1. Cultivate and manage new and existing candidate relationships in a 360 role.
2. Enhance client relationships through telephone and face-to-face interactions.
3. Source passive candidates through headhunting techniques.
4. Gain a comprehensive understanding of your market and sector, addressing recruitment needs as they arise.
5. Maintain and grow candidate relationships in a competitive marketplace.
6. Conduct candidate interviews and match them to current roles.
* Must have at least 18 months full 360 agency recruitment experience and be based in or around the Brighton area.
* Ideally, you will have a background in Accountancy & Finance recruitment or Professional Services.
* Other sector experience will also be considered.
* A determination to provide a quality service to clients and candidates.
