Senior Motorcycle Mechanic | Motorbike Maintenance
Seeking an experienced Senior Motorcycle Mechanic/Technician to provide professional servicing and maintenance within a busy motorcycle workshop. This is a full-time permanent position in an expanding and progressive service environment.
About the Role
* Requires: Relevant motorcycle trade qualifications and a current open motorcycle licence.
* Remuneration: Competitive hourly rate in line with market rates for senior technicians.
* Location: Northern Brisbane metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble new motorbikes from delivery crates with attention to quality and detail.
* Conduct thorough inspections and test rides to ensure safety and performance standards.
* Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain a range of motorcycles to high professional standards.
* Carry out detailed engine and component inspections to detect faults or safety issues.
* Replace damaged parts and install accessories or upgrades as requested.
* Complete scheduled maintenance and accurately document all service work.
* Provide clear advice to customers and workshop management regarding repairs and maintenance.
* Support the development of junior staff through mentoring and guidance.
* Engage in ongoing training and attend team meetings to stay current with industry best practice.
* Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment.
