We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as Youth Outreach Housing Specialist.
About the Role
This role is part of a key program supporting young people who are experiencing homelessness. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing case management services, including engagement and support of clients, assessment and response in instances of domestic and family violence, self-harm/mental health, and child abuse.
* Build strong relationships with clients through effective micro-counselling techniques (body language, voice tone, active listening) and delivering unconditional positive regard in removing shame or blame perceptions of client beliefs.
