We are seeking an Electronic Equipment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment, think outside the box, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Examine and test machines, equipment, instruments, and control systems to diagnose faults.
* Adjust, repair, and replace worn or defective parts, wiring, and components to ensure proper functionality.
* Reassemble, test operate, and fine-tune equipment for optimal performance.
* Advise users on correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions and ensure safe usage.
* Process and transmit coded messages into plain language; compose and transmit messages as required.
* Monitor radio traffic, transmit, and receive voice messages efficiently.
* Install and configure electronic instruments and control systems to meet operational needs.
* Provide a breakdown service including fault diagnoses, testing, and commissioning.
* Offer technical support and advice to prevent malfunction through effective communication.
