Territory Manager – Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) | Gold Coast, QLD
Our client is a global medical device and healthcare company seeking an experienced Territory Manager specializing in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM). This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, as the successful candidate will work closely with cardiologists and provide exceptional support to both patients and clients. CRM certification is mandatory.
Role Overview
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading medical device organization and take ownership of the CRM business in the Gold Coast, with a focus on John Flynn Private Hospital.
As a Territory Manager, you will:
* Call on cardiologists and assess patients' pacemakers, defibrillators, and CRT devices.
* Provide technical support, including problem-solving and clinical guidance.
* Complete low voltage, high voltage, and CRT product certification (CRM certification required).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, medical staff, and patients.
* Support device implantation and post-operative patient care.
* Analyse your territory to identify and maximise sales opportunities.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Territory Manager within medical devices, with a focus on CRM.
* CRM certification and proven expertise in cardiac rhythm management.
* Comfort working directly with cardiologists, medical staff, and patients.
* Strong ability to develop relationships and achieve territory sales targets.
* IBHRE certification preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences is desirable.
