About the Position

1. Identify and source new sales leads: You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our sales strategy.
2. Promote Connect Source's solutions: You will need to promote our products and services effectively, aligning them with client needs and ensuring a smooth handover of new business to operations.
3. Achieve quarterly targets: You will be accountable for achieving quarterly activity and sales targets, maintaining up-to-date records of sales opportunities in our CRM system.
Requirements
* Three to five years' experience: In a Business Development Manager role, preferably with technical product or service sales experience.
* Solution-based selling: Demonstrated success in solution-based selling, with a strong track record of developing strategic partnerships and building a robust sales pipeline with B2B customers.
* Project management skills: Experience in project management, pricing, forecasting, customer research, segmentation, product development, and competitor analysis.
