Business Development Executive Opportunity

As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across various sectors.
You will have the opportunity to develop relationships, respond to live proposals, and contribute directly to the team's overall sales success. Your ability to communicate effectively and bid on single or bundled service line tenders will be essential in ensuring the company is invited to as many tenders as possible.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop a network of contacts within the market to ensure the Company is invited to as many tenders as possible.
* Bid on TFM opportunities across one or all service lines.
* Represent the Company at meetings and secure new business and build intercompany networks.
* Apply a robust selection process to all opportunities, considering capability, references, margin, and competitiveness.
* Present tender responses innovatively, accurately, and professionally.
* Develop strategic sales processes including awareness campaigns, presentations, exhibitions, and general market collateral.
* Work with sector marketing leads to develop marketing materials and collateral to support focused sales approaches.
* Hand over contracts to operational colleagues once secured using ISO procedures.
* Collect, collate, and record statistical data for tender compilation through Salesforce.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business development within facilities management.
* Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge and ability to interpret and analyse data.
* Effective communication skills, especially written proposals.
* Strong and competent communicator and presenter.
* Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing with clients and work colleagues.
