About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated Commercial Fitters | Installers | Glaziers to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, strong technical skill, and a commitment to quality and safety. As a Commercial Fitter | Installer | Glazier, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality aluminium framing and glazing systems that meet exacting specifications and site requirements.
About You
* Proven experience in commercial aluminium and glazing installation
* Ability to read plans and work autonomously
* Strong attention to detail
* White Card (essential)
* Driver's licence (essential)
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Australian work rights are required for this position
Key Responsibilities
* Installation of commercial aluminium framing and glazing systems
* Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
* Site measuring and problem solving
* Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures
* Working collaboratively with our workshop and site teams
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in residential and commercial aluminium and glazing work
* Hands-on experience on construction sites, including shopfronts, windows, and doors
* Strong understanding of safety, quality, and installation standards
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
