We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to support the day-to-day operations at our Botany branch.

* Managing customer invoicing and data entry
* Scheduling daily jobs for the tyre-fitting team
* Preparing and reconciling accurate customer reports
* Creating and managing purchase orders
* Handling stock receipting and reconciliation inward & outward
* Providing friendly efficient service to customers in person over the phone and via email
* Managing accounts receivable and following up on outstanding payments
* General office administration and filing
