We can offer Full-Time or Part-Time hours for the right candidates who are dedicated, reliable, and committed to growing with us.
What You'll Be Doing
* Technology Operations: Operating and monitoring our automated medication packing and checking robot.
* Dispensary Support: Assisting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with filling prescriptions, organising stock, and preparing medications for dispensing.
* Customer Service: Providing a welcoming experience for our patients, assisting with retail queries, and directing them to the right healthcare resources.
* Inventory & Maintenance: Maintaining a pristine, organised, and compliant work environment while ensuring all pharmacy procedures and policies are strictly followed.
What We're Looking For
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and a solid commitment to following strict healthcare protocols.
* Great Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude and a passion for helping customers.
* Organisational Skills: Strong time management capabilities to handle a dynamic daily workflow.
* Experience/Eagerness: Prior knowledge of pharmacy operations is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is highly valued—we will train the right person!
