Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks including cleaning, gardening, kitchen duties, and laundry.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cleaning: Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize facilities to ensure a high standard of hygiene.
* Gardening: Maintain gardens, lawns, and external areas of the facility to create a pleasant living environment.
* Kitchen: Assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving to meet the dietary needs of residents.
* Laundry: Perform laundry tasks including washing, drying, ironing, and folding to provide clean uniforms and linens.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in cleaning, gardening, food services, and laundry.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work according to guidelines.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Adaptable and flexible to meet the changing needs of the facility.
* Attention to detail with ability to identify and resolve issues.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).
* A relevant qualification such as Food Safety Training or Gardening Certification would be advantageous.
* Familiarity with Aged Care regulations.
