Accounts Payable Team Leader | Parramatta
Location: Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia. Salary: A$130,000–A$140,000.
About the Role
A great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Team Lead and/or Supervisor to join a highly successful business based in Parramatta. The role will involve managing a team and driving success within a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team.
Our client is open to candidates with existing people management experience, as well as Accounts Payable Officers who are ready to step up into a Team Lead position.

Responsibilities
* Leading a team of 5 Accounts Payable Officers, reporting to the Senior AP Manager
* Managing the overall accounts payable function
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internally and externally)
* Mentoring and developing team performanceLiaising with suppliers and performing month-end reconciliations
* Driving process improvement within the accounts payable function
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar accounts payable leadership/team lead position
* Ideally previous experience with SAP is highly advantageous
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with process improvement and driving change
