**We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join the Brisbane office on a part-time basis.**

**The Role**
A new opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to work in our Brisbane Office. As a Legal Assistant you will display a willingness to learn and have experience, ideally within a variety of practice areas, along with a "can-do" attitude. The position will be permanent part-time working 2-4 days per week and the core office hours are 8.30am to 5pm.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries;
- Preparing legal documents;
- Diary management;
- Dictaphone typing;
- Billing;
- Coordinating team meetings/events;
- Mail merging documents and formatting; and
- File management.
