THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to take ownership of a high-performing womenswear store within a premium department store environment in Brisbane. You will lead a close-knit team, drive commercial outcomes and create a consistently elevated in-store experience aligned with a premium brand standard.
DAY-TO-DAY
* Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver strong sales results and exceptional service
* Drive store performance through KPI management, reporting and commercial decision-making
* Oversee all store operations including rostering, stock management and visual standards
* Create a client-focused culture that builds loyalty and repeat business
* Maintain high standards of presentation and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
* Collaborate with broader retail leadership to align on strategy and execution
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* 2+ years' experience in retail management within a fast-paced environment
* Background in premium fashion or lifestyle retail highly regarded
* Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* Passion for customer experience and building lasting client relationships
* Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes

$77,000 + Super + Commission
