Job Title
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse to join our surgical ward team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing strong relationships with colleagues, and actively contributing to staff and patient education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based nursing standards
* Develop positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Requirements:
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Recent acute care experience, preferably in a surgical ward setting
* Post-graduate qualification in acute care or a related field is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
