Our family owned business, JT Ag Services Ltd has a position open for a Commercial Sales Representative based in Ashburton, Mid Canterbury. We're looking for a motivated and results‐driven Commercial Sales Representative to grow our presence in the commercial cleaning market and for Tow & Mow and Tow and Collect market. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, and winning new business.
You'll be responsible for developing new opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers across commercial and industrial sectors.
What you'll be doing:
* Actively seeking and securing new commercial customers
* Managing and growing an existing portfolio of accounts
* Promoting and selling a range of professional cleaning products and solutions
* Conducting client visits, product demonstrations, and consultations
* Preparing quotes, negotiating pricing, and closing deals
* Representing the company in a professional and customer‐focused manner
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in commercial sales (industry experience an advantage)
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Self‐motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets
* Well organised with good time management skills
* Operating Machinery or Truck Licence would be an advantage (Tow & Fert and Granular Spreading)
* Interest in helping all aspects of the business have future growth
