Based in St Leonards, Sydney this organisation is immediately seeking a customer service travel specialist to join their close-knit team. Working in a wider customer service environment offering ongoing development and opportunities to grow both within the role, but also the global organisation as a whole.
**About the role**:
- Book and assist with exciting travel itineraries, queue management queries and ticket reissues
- This is not your regular travel agency role - rather, you will specialise in the travel servicing of their loyalty customers.
- Full training provided
- Work with a supportive team in office with option to work from home
- Assisting other departments with loyalty program queries
- Mon-Fri - 8am to 8pm rotating roster
**Essential requirements**:
- Must have proven experience using Amadeus platform OR Sabre/Galileo exp
- Travel knowledge essential (airlines, suppliers/destinations and reading and understanding airline policies)
- Experience with Reissues is highly valued
- Available to work between Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm on a rotating roster
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Must be available immediately or with one weeks' notice

This role is shift based with award and penalty rates in place according to hours worked.
