Workpac Group is seeking an experienced Boilermaker/Welder located in the City Of Cockburn, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabrication and welding duties on government defence submarines. Applicants must have a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade and at least 5 years of experience in the marine shipbuilding industry.
Key responsibilities include reading fabrication drawings, performing MMAW and GTAW techniques, and maintaining safety standards in compliance with WHS regulations. A solid aluminum welding background is essential along with necessary tickets and clearances.
