We are seeking a skilled Building Designer to create innovative and functional designs for our townhomes. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for bringing building and façade designs to life.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain the annual product release schedule to ensure designs remain fresh and relevant.
* Lead the charge on building and façade design, turning concepts into reality.
* Work closely with our interiors team to create cohesive and functional internal designs.
* Partner with professional consultants and suppliers to ensure every design is accurate and compliant with industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of acumen with REVIT software and across the Microsoft suite, along with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar draftsperson/building designer role within the residential building sector.
