Responsibilities
Mail sorting, collection, and distribution
Booking, receiving, and distribution of courier items
Workplace operation support including contractor management, security, and access cards
Records management, archiving and filing
Utility and breakout room restocking, ordering stock and general maintenance of these areas
Locker management
General office administration and other ad hoc duties
Qualifications
A desire to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
Clear communication skills both written and verbal
Valuable problem-solving skills
Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and reliability
Professional presentation to work in a corporate setting
Basic PC skills
Ability to pass a police check
