About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and support specialist rehabilitation and therapeutic programs for consumers with enduring mental illness
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide empathetic support and guidance to consumers, families, and carers
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Mandatory qualifications and registration (Certificate IV in Mental Health Work or equivalent)
- Completion of a recognized training program in mental health work
- Appointment requires proof of qualification and registration
- Drivers License (Class C) required for travel between facilities
