Your Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated capacity to provide curriculum leadership leading to the achievement of quality learning outcomes for all students
High level understanding of Instructional Methodology in the Teaching of Reading
High level knowledge of Version 9 Australian Curriculum - English & Mathematics
High level of Data Literacy supporting ongoing analysis & response to student data
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop and sustain productive relationships within and beyond the school community.
Leading a Professional Learning agenda involving coaching, mentoring and/ or instructional rounds.
Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a professional learning team.
High level communication skills that promote a positive and engaging professional learning environment.
