An exciting opportunity has become available for a creative and commercially driven Brand Manager to join a growing FMCG business and play a key role in shaping the next phase of brand growth across Australia and Emerging Markets. Working as part of a close-knit and energetic marketing team, you’ll partner directly with the Head of Marketing to bring campaigns to life, drive innovation projects, support key retail accounts and ensure the brand continues to resonate with consumers across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the pace of FMCG, loves seeing ideas move from concept to shelf, and thrives in a hands-on environment where no two days look the same. What You’ll Be Doing This is a broad end-to-end marketing role offering exposure across brand, innovation, retail and digital: Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, influencer and retail channels Manage the brand content calendar across Australia and Emerging Markets, coordinating approvals and ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory guidelines Drive and coordinate New Product Development (NPD) projects from consumer insights and packaging through to successful market launch Prepare and manage briefs across creative, PR and media agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and in line with brand objectives Partner closely with the National Sales team to support retailer activations, trade presentations and category initiatives across major customers including Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse and international accounts Oversee brand presence across Shopify, social media and eCommerce platforms Support marketing operations including A&P budget tracking, purchase orders and invoice management Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the Marketing Coordinator Why You’ll Love This Role Genuine ownership and visibility across key brand initiatives Opportunity to work across both local and international markets Broad exposure across brand strategy, digital, shopper marketing and innovation Fast-paced FMCG environment with exciting growth plans Collaborative and supportive leadership team Hybrid working flexibility from day one Additional Loyalty Leave awarded annually Inclusive, people-first culture where contributions are recognised and rewarded Real long-term career growth opportunities What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience in Brand Management or Marketing within FMCG, food, consumer goods or consumer health Proven experience delivering campaigns and supporting brand growth initiatives Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Confidence managing and collaborating with creative, media and PR agency partners Experience across digital marketing, social media and CMS/eCommerce platforms.
