Administration Assistant for Childcare Centres
We are seeking an exceptional Administration Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our centres and ensuring that all aspects of centre operations run smoothly.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for families and visitors at the centre
* Assist with payroll processes and manage daily tasks
* Collate weekly reports and process new enrolments
* Manage waiting lists for new enquiries and order resources and consumables
* Assist with compliance documents and provide administrative support to the leadership team
Requirements:
* Knowledge of QikKids is an advantage
* Current Working with Children Check or state-specific equivalent
* Experience in payroll administration and previous experience working in the early childhood sector (desirable)
* Demonstrated effective written and interpersonal communication skills
