Due to an internal shift, we're on the lookout for an energetic and driven Store Manager to lead our Fruitfed Supplies store in Cambridge.
About the role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store's success, leading a passionate team, strengthening customer relationships, and driving strong commercial outcomes.
On any given day, you'll be:
* Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service and trusted technical advice
* Owning the day‐to‐day running of the store, including inventory, compliance, staffing, logistics, and financial performance
* Building meaningful relationships with local growers, farmers, and industry partners to grow the business
* Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met for agricultural and food‐production inputs
This is a hands‐on leadership role with real autonomy and the chance to leave your mark.
About you
You're a confident leader who enjoys being close to the action and building strong teams and customer relationships. You'll bring:
* Proven people leadership experience, ideally within retail, rural supplies, or a related environment
* A commercial mindset with strong sales and operational capability
* Solid administration skills and confident communication
* Knowledge of, or genuine interest in, NewZealand's horticulture and/or agriculture sectors
* A full, current NewZealand driver licence
