The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity now exists for a talented construction litigation lawyer, with a minimum of 3 years' PAE, to join this market leading team as an Associate or Senior Associate depending on experience.
In this role, you'll guide your clients in navigating disputes that arise both during and after project completion, particularly in scenarios involving adjudications and expert determinations. You will engage in high-stakes and intricate litigation and arbitration, and accordingly your responsibilities will include:
* providing legal advice, drafting submissions for adjudications and expert determinations;
* instructing counsel and technical experts;
* overseeing the work of more junior lawyers.
