Ausita Carpentry & Building pty ltd is seeking an ambitious and hardworking Apprentice Carpenter to join our team in Narellan, NSW.
As a full-time role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your carpentry skills under the guidance of our experienced tradesmen.
What you'll be doing
Assisting qualified carpenters with a variety of tasks such as framing, roofing, installing windows and doors, and finishing work
Learning how to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Developing proficiency in the use of hand and power tools
Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
Participating in on-the-job training and completing your carpentry apprenticeship
What we're looking for
A genuine interest in and passion for the carpentry trade
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Good physical fitness and the ability to work on construction sites
A positive attitude and the willingness to learn
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
