The Duties
* Manage your own portfolio of 130 properties - all in the EAST
* Check and approve tenancy applications
* Answer inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email & web
* Assist with repairs and maintenance management
* Assist with arrears management
* Prepare Advertising for rental properties
* General administration and database management
* NO leasing, NO accounts
The Person
While a Certificate of Registration is essential to be considered, we welcome candidates with or without prior experience. If you are a self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow, this is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career! Our ideal applicant will be switched on, full of initiative, and eager to progress their Property Management career. You will also possess:
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Must have some Real Estate experience
* Exceptional time management & organizational skills
