* We are seeking a Global Logistics Coordinator who will act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts.
* The successful candidate will manage the shipment lifecycle to ensure accuracy and efficiency, working closely with customers from shipment initiation to completion.
* This role requires finding swift resolutions to transportation and documentation problems in a fast-paced environment.
* Candidates from non-industry backgrounds are welcome, provided they demonstrate a strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will understand international shipping processes, documentation, and terminology from purchase order issuance through delivery of cargo.
* They will input applicable financial components of shipments to generate correct billing for customers.
* The ideal candidate will apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to adapt processes/create solutions in response to challenges internally and externally.
* They will coordinate shipment tasks per customer SOPs - booking approvals, processing pre-alerts, governmental filings, deliveries, and invoicing.
* The successful candidate will create, maintain, and update accurate shipment data in our system.
* They will provide quotes based on customer and network needs, ensuring full pricing understanding.
* The role involves offering track and trace services, generating shipment documents.
* The successful candidate will maintain high data integrity across shipment details including INCOterms, routing, dates, and documentation.

* The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships through timely responses and issue resolution.
* They will communicate clearly and effectively with customers, agents, and external vendors.
* The role requires fostering a positive team environment.
* The successful candidate will support new customer implementations and participate in business meetings as needed.
