About the role
Good Nights Launceston is seeking a friendly and dedicated Airbnb Housekeeper All Rounder to join our team. This is a casual position with working days being mostly Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's. As an Airbnb Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring our holiday rental properties are meticulously cleaned and prepared for our guests, providing them with a comfortable and welcoming experience. This is a diverse role and in the busier months you may be asked to do other tasks.
What you'll be doing
* Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising short term rental properties
* Changing linens, towels and making beds to our high standards
* Restocking supplies and amenities in each property
* Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the management team
* Adhering to our strict cleaning protocols and quality control measures
* Checking properties prior to guests' arrival
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in the vacation rental industry
* Minimum 6 months of housekeeping or hospitality experience is required
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
* Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to tight turnaround times
* Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours as required
* A keen eye for organisation and the ability to work independently
* This position is mostly Friday, Saturday and Sunday's
* Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 10-20 hours per week
* The successful applicant must have a reliable vehicle; current driver's license and a police check
* Australian work rights are required for this position
