Multi-Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Store Manager to lead our teams across 8 stores. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in driving sales and KPIs, as well as experience in multi-site leadership and stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient operation of stores within your region, achieving optimal results in sales targets, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, and wage control.
* Motivate your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets.
* Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.
* Effectively manage wage costs in each store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
