Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding for blue‐collar and white‐collar roles.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand job scope, candidate profiles, and workforce needs.
* Coordinate advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and pre‐employment requirements.
* Manage apprenticeship and traineeship programs aligned with workforce needs.
* Provide salary benchmarking, labour market insights, and talent attraction strategies.
* Maintain recruitment records, metrics, and reporting to comply with legislative and internal requirements.
* Coordinate onboarding and induction programs to support successful employee integration.
* Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time‐to‐fill, source of hire, and conversion rates.
* Act as primary point of contact for HR support and advisory, providing expert advice on employment legislation, industrial instruments, workplace policies, contracts, and remuneration frameworks.
* Support employee relations matters: grievances, disputes, investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
* Facilitate consultation processes and employee engagement initiatives.
* Maintain personnel records, employee files, HRIS data, and compliance with confidentiality requirements.
* Monitor employee licences, certifications, and role‐specific compliance requirements.
* Coordinate injury management processes, including workers' compensation claims and return‐to‐work programs.
* Assist payroll teams with payroll administration, system updates, and employee‐related enquiries.
* Contribute to projects, process improvements, and client‐driven initiatives as required.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or minimum five years' relevant professional experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
* Proven experience in a similar HR or recruitment role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
