About the Role
We are looking for team members who align with our work ethic and passion for exceeding guest expectations to join the team at Saké Restaurant & Bar - The Rocks. There are roles available for Section Waiters, Runners, Bartenders & Hosts.
Successful applicants will hold a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Card, be well presented, and have previous experience in a premium/fine dining environment. An eagerness to expand their beverage knowledge focusing on wine and sake would make a role at Saké Restaurant & Bar a fantastic opportunity.
The iconic flagship of the Saké Restaurant & Bar fleet is housed in an elegant, split-level heritage building in The Rocks, with original sandstone features and a stylish crowd-pleasing ambience.
