Seeking an experienced professional for a temporary HR and Payroll role in Parramatta, Western Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong payroll processing skills and solid HR experience.
The Role:
* Manage payroll processing using the Dayforce system.
* Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR administration.
* Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and general HR tasks as required.
* Provide timely and accurate payroll and HR reporting.
* Act as a key point of contact for payroll and HR enquiries.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience using Dayforce payroll system (mandatory).
* Proven payroll processing experience within a corporate or medium-sized organisation.
* Solid background in HR administration and compliance.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
* Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
