Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time role. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service assistance to medical practitioners and their patients.
* Answering high volumes of incoming phone calls from medical centres, hospitals, and nursing homes.
* Issuing patient results to referring doctors and hospitals, including critical results that may require follow-up.
* Performing daily administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
* Providing support with pathology tests and reports, updating medical centre and hospital details, and responding to general enquiries.

Desirable attributes include administration experience within a healthcare environment and proficiency using medical terminology. Previous experience in pathology or healthcare is also highly regarded.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of a team committed to delivering outstanding customer service and improving the experience and outcomes for our clients. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Extensive training will be provided over a six-month period. This position will operate on rotating shifts between 7 am - 6.45 pm Monday - Friday with occasional involvement in Saturday and public holiday roster if required.
