Residential Aged Care Facility Manager
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated manager to lead our residential aged care facility. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operational management, including achieving financial budgets and implementing quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day operations and management of the service
* Ensure occupancy levels are met and maintained through community engagement
* Finance and HR management
* Motivation, training, and development of team members
* Ensure compliance and quality indicators are met in line with accreditation and industry standards

Requirements
* AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
* Up-to-date working knowledge and experience achieving accreditation standards
* Ability to identify and improve areas of clinical risk and quality guidelines
