Drive Retail Growth and Lead a High-Performing Team

The Head of Retail role is a critical leadership position responsible for driving strategic alignment, performance growth, and engagement in the retail business. This individual will lead a team of Retail Business Consultants to achieve key performance indicators and contribute to the company's vision.

About the Role

* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute the state market representation strategy to drive net store count growth and attract high-quality candidates through proactive renewal and retention strategies.
* Partner with the General Manager, Sales Leaders, and other stakeholders to implement new tools, systems, or process improvements that support business growth.
* Lead the strategy for broker headcount growth across the state, supporting Sales Leaders in monitoring Franchise Agreement compliance and resourcing strategies for effective capacity planning.
* Drive quality operational execution of franchise transactions, including delivery to Franchise Agreement timelines and store standards.

Leadership Skills:

* Proven leadership experience driving performance, managing distributed field teams in a franchise or multi-site environment.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
* Experience leading change and embedding new initiatives in a complex business environment.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and/or franchise management within financial services or fintech.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience with financial modeling, business planning, and performance management.
* Deep understanding of franchise operations, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle management.
