Are you a proactive and highly organised qualified with a knack for managing multiple responsibilities? Our client is a a leading facilities and cleaning company, and they are looking for a dedicated Client Service Manager to join their team in Townsville.
In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring we deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships. You'll be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, from day-to-day operations to strategic initiatives.
Core Duties Include:
- Quotations & Tenders: Prepare and manage quotations for contracted services and follow due process for tenders.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external clients.
- Reporting & Data: Generate strong data-driven reports to inform decisions.
- Operational Management: Oversee fleet management, consumable supplies, and purchasing processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure we're consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Data Entry: Ensure all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
