The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Administrator to join our boutique team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or junior professional who is passionate about marketing, real estate, and customer experience. You will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives, day-to-day administrative tasks and sales operations, contributing to a high-performing and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
* Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns, both digital and print
* Support the management of social media accounts and content scheduling
* Maintain and update CRM databases, email campaigns, and digital asset libraries
* Help coordinate photoshoots, video production, and event logistics
Sales Administration
* Provide administrative support to the sales team and Project Manager
* Prepare client presentation packs, price lists, and documentation
* Assist with database entry and lead tracking
* Maintain tidy and professional presentation of the sales suite and materials
General Administrative Support
* Answer and direct incoming calls or email enquiries professionally
* Manage calendars, meeting bookings, and general correspondence
* Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry tasks
* Order and manage office supplies and marketing collateral stock
* Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office
What We Are Looking For
* A recent graduate or junior professional in Marketing, Communications, Property, or related field
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
* Strong digital literacy (experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Brevo, or Meta Business Suite is a plus)
* Interest in property, real estate development, or premium lifestyle brands
