About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our high-performing store. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, coaching and developing your team, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily store operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Foster a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoring
* Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
* Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standards
* Manage rostering and control wage costs efficiently
* Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
* Support succession planning and team development to grow future leaders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
* Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset
* Excellent communication and team development skills
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance
* Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising
