The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth by developing new client relationships and maintaining strong partnerships with our existing clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong sales professional who enjoys autonomy, wants to be rewarded for performance and is excited about growing alongside an emerging recruitment company.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Meet and exceed sales targets
Work closely with the team to deliver quality staffing solutions
Maintain strong knowledge of market trends within blue collar industries
About You
Proven experience in business development or sales (recruitment experience highly regarded)
Strong sales drive with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Knowledge of blue collar industries such as construction, mining, logistics, or trades
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business environment
What We Offer
$110K – $140K base salary + commission structure
