Reporting to the Manager, Employee Relations & Projects, you’ll play a key role in guiding and coaching line managers through a wide range of employee relations matters. Your focus will be on building capability, ensuring consistent application of policies, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
In this role, you will:Advise and support managers to confidently navigate employee relations issues.Lead structured case management, working collaboratively to identify risks early and resolve matters efficiently.Promote fairness and consistency, ensuring policies and procedures are applied with integrity.Drive cultural improvement, helping shape a workplace where people feel valued and supported.
