Clinical Operations Manager Nephrology
Job Overview:
The Clinical Operations Manager Nephrology will lead a team of nursing professionals and be responsible for managing day-to-day Dialysis operations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Nephrology and its relationships with care pathways for people with kidney disease.
* Support strategic direction, business activities, and workforce planning for the Nephrology Service.
* Assist with the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative models of care.
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA Nursing Division 1 registration.
* Significant recent experience in Renal Nursing and leadership of high-performing teams.
* Understanding of clinical and service-wide complexities in renal services delivery.
* Knowledge of state-wide renal service delivery models.
* Quality improvement, project management, and change management experience.
